combinations of these are converted by extrusion, welding or

At Schauenburg Industries Ltd., we offer a line of
high-strength ventilation products proven internationally,
exhibiting excellent tear and tensile strengths, high
pressures and leak proof joints. Our complete and dependable
ventilation system that comes with fire resistant flexible
bagline, fittings and flexible spiral ducting – also
including antistatic alternatives suitable if flammable gas
is present. Standard ducting is available in 100mm. interval
dimensions from 200 to 3,000mm diameter and in lengths of
10, 20, 35, 50, 100, 200 and 300m.
Schn-Oval flexible layflat ducting is specially designed for
maximum clearance in underground mining and tunneling
applications. Schn-Oval increases headroom by 35 to 40% over
conventional systems, allowing clients to use larger
underground equipment. Schn-Oval is available in diameters
ranging from 400 to 2000mm. and standard section lengths of
15m. We also offer three proven connections – conventional
galvanized coupling connection using high tensile end rings,
zipper-joints and SWS-RAS, a patented quick coupling
connection system combined with a quick suspension system
(RAS). The SWS-RAS system reduces installation time by 30%
thus significantly improving operator’s performance.
